The Morgan Silver Dollar was minted from 1878 - 1904 and in 1921. Named after George T. Morgan, the United States Mint Assistant Engraver, the coin is resplendent in its ode to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The obverse side of the coin features Lady Liberty as modeled by Anna Wiles Willams while the reverse side of the coin boasts an eagle clasping arrows and an olive branch.
